The worst part is that I am convinced that 1920x1080p is in one of the choices, I just cannot see it! I read that other guys thread here about how he had a similar problem - his site seemed to also have 1080p but wasn't displaying that it was available. But for so many of the videos, the choices for the various resolutions are much lower, sometimes 1280x720p but most often it is 1056 x 594. I stop and start the stream in the browser a few times, and wait until it is running a second or two, then try to pick the correct resolution. Then for others, I can sometimes coax my downloader tool to find and pick the 1080p stream, but many times it doesn't work. What I am finding consistently, no matter what tool I use is that for 1 or 2 of videos, I can select among the available resolutions, and 1080p is always there.

I am only interested in the highest one: 1920x1080p 30 fps.

I go to download my videos, and this site has about 5-8 resolutions for each video - all sorts of devices to connect/stream from. I have found 3 apps that work pretty good for me: VideoDownload Helper, XDM 2020, HLS Downloader, and Stream Analyser. For 3 days I have played around with about 10 different streaming downloading apps, mostly as suggested on (and here). I am trying to download several videos that I have come to understand are streamed via HLS. I am new to downloading video streams although I am pretty good with both computers (work in IT) and have done a lot of A/V in the past.
